Senior Manager, Product Management, Secured Lending

At Scotiabank, we're committed to helping our customers achieve their financial goals. As a Senior Manager, Product Management, Secured Lending, you'll play a key role in driving the growth of our secured lending business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the growth strategy for secured lending, aligned with the Bank's vision and strategy
- Manage key performance and risk indicators for secured lending products, including establishing departmental goals and projects
- Own overall P&L and drive analysis and action to meet financial targets and optimize product performance
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver effective acquisition, engagement, and risk management plans
- Influence the end-to-end client value chain and cross-functional initiatives to improve usability and client satisfaction
- Build a high-performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates the team
- University degree in business administration, commerce, or strategy
- 5-10 years of leadership experience, including building and leading a sales team and leading people managers
- 10+ years of end-to-end mortgage experience across sales, renewals, underwriting, funding, and servicing, as well as across channels (direct and broker)
- Strong knowledge of mortgage processes, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape (products and policies)
- Prior experience developing business strategies and roadmaps
