Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at 15565588 Canada Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies.
- Operations Evaluation: Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Staff Management: Monitor staff performance, plan and organize daily operations, set staff work schedules, and supervise staff to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant maintains a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Negotiations: Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, and lead/instruct individuals as needed.
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of work.
- 40 hours per week.
