Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced logistics professional to join our team as a Full Time Package Delivery Supervisor at CB Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of package delivery drivers and coordinators to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of package delivery drivers and coordinators to achieve operational excellence and meet customer expectations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in package delivery and logistics.
  • Operational Planning: Collaborate with the operations team to plan and coordinate package delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues and problems that may impact package delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, customers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless and efficient package delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent international qualification.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in logistics and operations management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
