As an integral part of our vibrant in-house marketing and content team, your primary focus will be to bolster our customer and partner marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Your role will involve crafting and disseminating compelling content that resonates with our customers, prospects, and partners, thereby supporting initiatives that broaden our presence in both new and established markets. Your contributions will significantly influence the perception of Lightspeed as the premier commerce platform for retail and hospitality sectors.
Specific Duties Include:
- Generating high-quality content across various communication channels, including landing pages, sales enablement materials, case studies, video scripts, blogs, and more.
- Collaborating with the Content, Customer Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams in the content planning and development process.
- Implementing the Lightspeed content strategy and vision across all platforms.
- Overseeing content projects in close collaboration with team members from Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Marketing, as well as our Growth, Content, and Design teams.
- Promoting published content through social media channels.
- Regularly analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of your content marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, communications, or copywriting, preferably in a B2B context.
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage with businesses.
- Demonstrated success in delivering content across diverse channels and formats.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles.
- Ability to produce content that drives customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in both English and French.
Additional Assets:
- Experience in B2B and/or SaaS environments.
- Background in retail and/or hospitality.
- Familiarity with managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with WordPress (CMS), Google Analytics, and design tools like Canva or similar.
