About the Role:
We are on the lookout for a Senior Content Creator to enhance our Marketing team. As a vital contributor to our in-house marketing and content division, your primary focus will be on supporting our initiatives aimed at customers and partners.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Crafting high-quality content across diverse messaging platforms, including landing pages, sales enablement materials, case studies, video scripts, blogs, and more.
  2. Collaborating with the Content, Customer Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams to plan and develop engaging content.
  3. Implementing the overarching content strategy and vision across all channels.
  4. Managing content projects in close coordination with various team members, including Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, and Customer Marketing.
  5. Promoting published content through social media channels.
  6. Regularly analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of your content marketing initiatives.

What You Bring:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in content production, communications, or copywriting, ideally in a B2B environment.
  2. Exceptional communication skills with a knack for engaging businesses.
  3. A proven track record of delivering content across various channels and formats.
  4. Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  5. Strong understanding of SEO principles.
  6. Capability to create and produce content aimed at customer acquisition.
  7. Fluency in both English and French.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in B2B and/or SaaS sectors.
  2. A background in retail and/or hospitality.
  3. Familiarity with managing business accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  4. Experience with WordPress (CMS), Google Analytics, and design tools like Canva.
