Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and lead local teams, representing healthcare design while reinforcing the Stantec brand.

Qualifications:

We seek candidates with recent experience in medical planning within healthcare, particularly in areas such as Acute Care, Outpatient Care, Women's Health, Behavioral Health, Cancer Therapy, Long Term Care, and Senior Living projects.

Applicants should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Licensure as an Architect or Interior Designer is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare planning and design.
Skills:

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and team-building abilities, along with a technical understanding of medical planning for health facilities. Experience in project delivery innovations and the ability to lead user group sessions effectively are essential.
