Job Title: Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Sheppard & Associates Ltd.

Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for administering staff consultation and grievance procedures, coordinating the activities of the HR department, and directing and controlling daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer staff consultation and grievance procedures to ensure a fair and respectful work environment.
  • Coordinate the activities of the HR department to ensure they meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Train staff on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and understanding.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage training and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform HR decisions.
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet business needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
