Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in Brampton. As a Registered Nurse with Spectrum Health Care, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. You will work independently, assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, including wound management, infusion therapy, and palliative care.
  • Assess patient needs, develop care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Travel within your region to provide care to patients in their homes.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in community nursing.
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle.
