Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough health assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients.
- Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and health screenings.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including minor injuries and infections.
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Develop and implement health education programs to promote wellness and disease prevention.
- Master's degree in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Ontario.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.
