Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our strict quality control measures.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Staff Training: Train kitchen staff and helpers in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service.
  • Inventory Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Clean kitchen and work areas, and organize buffets and banquets to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Certifications and Specialties
  • Certificates: Food Safety Certificate.
  • Cuisine Specialties: Sushi preparation techniques, Japanese cuisine.
