Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with donors, corporations, and foundations to support our school's mission and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to secure funding and resources for the school
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporations, and foundations
  • Collaborate with the development team to create and execute fundraising campaigns
  • Provide exceptional donor stewardship and recognition
  • Stay up-to-date on best practices in development and fundraising
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management
  • Proven experience in development, fundraising, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
