Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at INAYAT & SONS RETAIL INC.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, assigning duties, hiring and training new employees, ordering merchandise, and maintaining inventory.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Hire and train new employees, or arrange for training to be provided.
- Order merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that products are delivered on time.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and other relevant data.
- Address customer complaints and concerns, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Deposit cash and maintain daily log books, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded.
- Complete reports, providing regular updates on store performance and any issues that may arise.
- 5-10 years of experience in a retail environment, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a fast-paced retail environment, with regular exposure to cash handling, customer service, and inventory management. The role requires a high level of physical activity, with regular walking, standing, and lifting of stock.
