Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at INAYAT & SONS RETAIL INC.
Job Summary:The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, ordering merchandise, selling merchandise, organizing and maintaining inventory, supervising and coordinating activities of workers, overseeing payroll administration, addressing customers' complaints or concerns, depositing cash, and completing reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including apprentices, sales workers, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training.
- Order merchandise and ensure that inventory is maintained at optimal levels.
- Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
- Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels and ensuring that products are displayed attractively.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including payroll administration and addressing customer complaints.
- Oversee payroll administration, including processing payrolls and ensuring that employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Deposit cash and maintain daily log books.
- Complete reports and provide regular updates to management.
- 5-10 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
The Retail Store Supervisor will work in a retail environment, with regular exposure to customers and staff. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Work Schedule:The Retail Store Supervisor will work 40 hours per week, with regular hours and occasional overtime as required.
