Key Responsibilities- Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and product knowledge.

- Contribute to a positive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to meet sales targets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Pay Range: $17.40 - $16.93
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
