Job Summary:

Sunglass Hut, a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and product knowledge.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and trends to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Contribute to a positive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, and adhering to company standards.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store environment.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay Range: $17.40 - $16.93

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
