Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in accordance with the College of Nurses of Ontario standards
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Think critically and prioritize patient care demands in a fast-paced environment
- Participate in ongoing learning and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
- Utilize computer systems and software to document patient information and manage care
- Diploma in Nursing or Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
- Minimum 2 years Angio/interventional experience in an angiography suite or Cath lab
- Clinical competence to administer conscious/moderate sedation
As a Registered Nurse at North York General Hospital, you will enjoy a highly competitive total compensation package, including pay in lieu of benefits, vacation pay, and the opportunity to join the Hospital Pension Plan. This is a Part-Time Casual position, with 8-hour shifts, Days and Evening Shifts, including On-Call Shifts in the Angio-Interventional department.
