Job Title: Accounts Receivable Supervisor

At Trusted Accounting & Tax Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Accounts Receivable Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule work and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Prepare and submit accurate financial reports
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Supervise a team of 5-10 people and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
Work Environment:

Our office is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be required to work on site and there is no option to work remotely.
