Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dominos Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing a positive experience for all patrons.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Availability: Be available for shift or on-call work, as required.
- Education: Have a college or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Have 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.

- Visible Minorities Support: Participate in diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
