Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and overseeing inventory and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of cash handling and balance sheets.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
