About the Role

Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a talented Finance Operations Leader to work alongside the Director of Finance in overseeing the hotel's financial operations. This role plays a crucial part in maximizing hotel profitability and developing finance staff for future growth.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain balance sheet reconciliations, guaranteeing the integrity of financial records.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures, upholding ethical standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize financial performance and profitability.
  • Mentor and guide finance staff, fostering a culture of professional development and growth.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and leadership qualities. A minimum of two to five years of experience in Finance Management is required, with a preference for a Finance or Hospitality Management Degree.
