Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Themis Security. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our security team to ensure adequate coverage and effective use of resources.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and security.
- Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with other work units and departments to ensure seamless coordination and effective communication.
- Equipment and Machinery: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
- Quality and Production: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
- Reports and Requisitions: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
- Work Problems and Productivity: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Training: Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring they are fair, equitable, and meet the needs of the organization.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.
Certificates, Licenses, Memberships, and Courses:- You will require a Security Guard License.
- You will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
- You will work under pressure to ensure the safety and security of our clients and staff.
- You will require excellent oral and written communication skills.
- You will need to demonstrate initiative, be organized, reliable, and a team player.
