We are looking for a dedicated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing construction activities, supervising the workforce, and ensuring efficient coordination among teams. This position requires a secondary school graduation certificate along with 2-3 years of relevant experience. If you possess strong leadership abilities and attention to detail, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate production and project reports
  • Supervise construction personnel and project tasks
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities
  • Manage apprenticeship training programs
  • Recruit and onboard new workers
  • Facilitate training sessions or arrange for necessary training
  • Utilize CADD and other software systems effectively
  • Estimate project costs and required materials
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Qualifications:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in English
  • Commitment to a 35-hour work week
