  • Key Responsibilities
  • Mixing fertilizers and other agricultural products
  • Planting, cultivating, and irrigating crops
  • Fertilizing and spraying crops to promote healthy growth
  • Harvesting crops at optimal times to ensure maximum yield
  • Providing agricultural crop services, including crop monitoring and maintenance
  • Ensuring farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed at all times
  • Detecting disease and health problems in crops and taking corrective action
  • Performing general farm duties, including equipment maintenance and repair
  • Examining product quality to ensure it meets company standards
  • Work Environment
  • Work will be performed outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
  • May be required to work in dusty or dirty environments
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Repetitive tasks may be required
  • May be required to bend, crouch, or kneel for extended periods

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing work schedules and priorities
