About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Farm Laborer to join our team at C & K Farms Ltd. as a permanent employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Farm Operations: Assist in the daily operations of the farm, including mixing fertilizer, organizing tasks, and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, as well as examine product for quality and readiness for market.
  • General Farm Duties: Perform various tasks as required, including weeding, harvesting crops, and operating farm equipment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced urban area with access to staff accommodation. The work site environment is a fruit and vegetable combination farm.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn is essential.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Personal Suitability

We are looking for a team player who is physically demanding and able to work in a dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions.
