Job Title: Health and Safety Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team at BGIS. As a Health and Safety Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Health and Safety department, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Update various databases and records
  • Archive files and documents on our network
  • Prepare and assemble thematic binders and reports
  • Coordinate shipments and deliveries
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Training in office automation, secretarial, or administrative skills
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written)
