About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at All Little Bears Child Care Ltd. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and nurturing environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Curriculum Development: Plan and implement engaging and interactive learning activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children.
  • Child Observation and Assessment: Regularly observe and assess children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness, and developing strategies to support their growth.
  • Parent Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians, keeping them informed of their child's progress and involving them in the learning process.
  • Environment and Safety: Ensure the physical environment is safe, healthy, and well-maintained, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve common goals, share best practices, and provide support when needed.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a childcare setting is an asset.
  • Certifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
