We are currently seeking a full-time Store Operations Associate for our location in Trois-Rivieres, QC.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the reconciliation of cash registers;
- Prepare bank deposits and compile data for daily cash reporting;
- Educate team members on SKU and pricing matters, including the production of signage and labels, as well as operating RF equipment;
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of inventory records and product pricing;
- Assist in conducting cycle counts;
- Carry out additional tasks as directed by management.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Prior experience in a retail setting.
- This role requires availability for daytime, evening, and weekend shifts.

While executing the responsibilities of this role, the Associate is frequently required to:
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods;
- Bend, twist, and squat as necessary;
- Lift and/or carry items weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs);
- Engage in tasks requiring firm grasping;
- Perform repetitive motions involving a variety of hand movements;
- Reach above shoulder height and below waist level;
- Utilize equipment, including ladders.
