About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Cold Lake. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a delicious breakfast experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve breakfast items, including hot and cold dishes, to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Portion and wrap food items, and replenish condiments and supplies as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
    • Ensure that all food preparation and serving areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their breakfast experience.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
