Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and execute the dealership's sales process
  • Present and demonstrate available inventory
  • Prepare and review monthly sales plans with leadership

  • Utilize Customer Management System (CRM) effectively
  • Willingness to work weekends to maximize earning potential
  • Negotiate and finalize sales
  • Achieve monthly sales targets

Education and Experience

While previous sales experience is not mandatory, relevant education and prior sales training are advantageous.
