Key Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence
- Consistently ensuring that customers receive outstanding service.
- Reviewing and comprehending various reporting documents.
- Promoting the business by establishing professional relationships with clients, disseminating marketing materials, and preparing daily reports.
- Guaranteeing accurate data entry during the loan application process.
- Participating in the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives, both internally and externally.
- Conducting follow-up calls for accounts that are overdue.
- Maintaining exceptional communication skills for inbound and outbound calls to convey products and services to new and existing clients.
- Assisting in the opening of bank accounts while ensuring all data entry is precise.
- Addressing client concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
- Upholding Cashco Financial's company standards at all times.
- Adhering to all corporate policies and procedures.
Cash Handling Responsibilities
- Following all cash control policies as outlined in the procedures.
- Completing nightly bank deposits.
- Balancing cash, debit transactions, and cheque cashing.
- Ensuring all negotiable items are accurately reconciled.
- Reporting any cash discrepancies in accordance with Cashco Financial's Cash Over/Short Incident reporting policy.
Compliance Responsibilities
- Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and due diligence in reporting as mandated by AML and other provincial legislation.
- Safeguarding client information in strict accordance with Cashco Financial's privacy policies.
Personal Conduct and Development
- Adhering to time and attendance policies.
- Maintaining professionalism at all times while representing Cashco Financial.
- Building relationships based on trust, honesty, and respect with colleagues and clients.
- Demonstrating a willingness to adapt and pursue continuous improvement through learning and personal growth.

Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer skills with a quick learning ability for new software.
- Experience in cash handling.
- Background in customer service and/or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented with a high level of enthusiasm.
