Key Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence

  • Consistently ensuring that customers receive outstanding service.
  • Reviewing and comprehending various reporting documents.
  • Promoting the business by establishing professional relationships with clients, disseminating marketing materials, and preparing daily reports.
  • Guaranteeing accurate data entry during the loan application process.
  • Participating in the planning and execution of local marketing initiatives, both internally and externally.
  • Conducting follow-up calls for accounts that are overdue.
  • Maintaining exceptional communication skills for inbound and outbound calls to convey products and services to new and existing clients.
  • Assisting in the opening of bank accounts while ensuring all data entry is precise.
  • Addressing client concerns and escalating issues as necessary.
  • Upholding Cashco Financial's company standards at all times.
  • Adhering to all corporate policies and procedures.

Cash Handling Responsibilities

  • Following all cash control policies as outlined in the procedures.
  • Completing nightly bank deposits.
  • Balancing cash, debit transactions, and cheque cashing.
  • Ensuring all negotiable items are accurately reconciled.
  • Reporting any cash discrepancies in accordance with Cashco Financial's Cash Over/Short Incident reporting policy.

Compliance Responsibilities

  • Ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and due diligence in reporting as mandated by AML and other provincial legislation.
  • Safeguarding client information in strict accordance with Cashco Financial's privacy policies.

Personal Conduct and Development

  • Adhering to time and attendance policies.
  • Maintaining professionalism at all times while representing Cashco Financial.
  • Building relationships based on trust, honesty, and respect with colleagues and clients.
  • Demonstrating a willingness to adapt and pursue continuous improvement through learning and personal growth.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills with a quick learning ability for new software.
  • Experience in cash handling.
  • Background in customer service and/or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team-oriented with a high level of enthusiasm.
