We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Product and Client Service team at CC&L Funds. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client service, product development, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of product offerings, including research and analysis of market trends and competitor activity.
- Support the sales team by providing data and insights to inform sales strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
