We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Domestic Tax division and undertake the following responsibilities:
- Assess client operational frameworks and policies, provide insights on tax regulations and adjustments to align with market demands, and formulate proactive tax strategies to optimize business prospects.
- Utilize specialized expertise to foresee, identify, and resolve tax-related challenges pertinent to the client's operations.
- Deliver both technical guidance and project management support to team members on Domestic Tax initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
- Identify, devise, and execute strategies for clients to leverage business and tax opportunities, including the preparation and evaluation of tax reorganizations, and reviewing corporate, trust, and estate tax filings.
- Engage in mentoring staff and fostering the professional growth of your team.
- Clients recognize you as positive, professional, and consistently delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Actively contribute to the integration of digital tools and strategies to cultivate an innovative work environment.
- You have achieved your CPA designation along with the In-Depth Tax Program and/or a Master's in Tax.
- You possess 7 years of experience in public accounting, with at least 3 years specializing in Tax.
- You have a comprehensive understanding of relevant tax legislation, corporate, personal, and trust tax planning and compliance.
- You prioritize teamwork, client service, and precision in detailed work.
