Job Summary

Ruby Management Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Repair or replace defective telephone equipment, analyze test results, and adjust, change, or repair switching systems, networks, associated equipment, and software.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment, complete and maintain test and service reports.
  • Customer Service: Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble, and provide efficient solutions to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, walking, manual dexterity.
