About the Role

Ruby Management Ltd. is seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our telecommunications equipment and networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Inspect, install, arrange, remove, and maintain telephone equipment, wiring, and associated hardware to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Analyze test results and adjust, change, or repair switching systems, networks, associated equipment, and software to resolve technical issues.
  • Testing and Reporting: Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment, and complete and maintain test and service reports.
  • Customer Support: Determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble, and provide efficient solutions to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, reliability, and team player.
