Job Summary

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible to the Board of Directors of Sources Society and works closely with the Foundation Board to achieve the fund development goals of the Society.

This high-profile, high-impact role requires a consummate community- and relationship-builder who has successfully built capacity in an organization intent on maximizing its impact in community.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead SOURCES in achieving its mission and vision
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize impact in community
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, Foundation Board, and community partners
  4. Oversee the development and implementation of programs and services that meet the needs of diverse communities
  5. Ensure the organization's financial sustainability and growth
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a track record of service and development of others, with a strong focus on building capacity in an organization.

They will be a future-focused leader with a passion for community development and a commitment to social impact.

The position has an expected base salary range of $225,000 - $240,000, in accordance with BC's Pay Transparency Act.
