The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, providing accurate financial information, and improving financial processes. This role involves working on various projects within the business and collaborating with different departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements for management review and analysis
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Research and implement accounting standards and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Communicate with various departments and subsidiaries, providing financial information and support
  • Support integration of subsidiaries, ensuring seamless financial operations
  • Maintain capital asset subledger and analyze capital budget, providing financial insights
  • Collaborate with other functions to provide financial information for planning and analysis, driving business decisions
  • Assist with regulatory filings and compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Research technical accounting issues, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Provide ERP systems support, ensuring efficient and effective financial operations

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of accounting experience in a similar role
  • CPA designation or pursuing accounting designation, with a strong understanding of financial regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in financial modeling and analysis
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, with a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong problem-solving mindset
