We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lunch Hour Supervisor to join our team at the Waterloo Catholic District School Board. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lunch hour programs.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate lunch hour activities for students
- Ensure the safety and well-being of students during lunch hours
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive student behavior and engagement
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to support student learning and development
- Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and staff
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
