HR Systems Specialist

The Calgary Airport Authority is seeking a highly skilled HR Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our HR data, as well as providing technical support for our HRIS system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain employee data in our HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
  • Provide technical support for our HRIS system, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  • Design and implement reports and analytics to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
  • Develop and maintain system security and access controls.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably with Ceridian Dayforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
