Educational Requirements

Key Responsibilities

The supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and scheduling various activities within the shop
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Overseeing the operational aspects of the company
  • Ordering necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Setting up machinery and equipment for production
  • Supervising staff and managing projects
  • Utilizing computer numerical control (CNC) machines effectively
Supervisory Scope

This position involves managing a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
