Job Title: Solution Consultant

Job Summary:

mdf commerce is seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant to join our E-procurement team. As a Solution Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating with Account Executives to uncover customer business objectives, pain points, and project requirements. You will create winning sales strategies and presentations for prospects using best practices and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify customer needs and develop sales strategies.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and demos to showcase the value of mdf solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Management and R&D teams to gather feedback and insights from customers and prospects.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer business processes and identify opportunities to improve their procurement and supply chain operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of procurement, finance, and supply chain functions.
  • Experience working with SaaS and Cloud-Based applications.
  • Ability to articulate the value of and sell SaaS/Cloud-Based applications.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
