Position Overview

The Food Services Supervisor at 2261094 Ontario Inc. plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our culinary team. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role within food services
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve work schedules efficiently.
  • Provide training to staff on their job responsibilities, as well as sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Assess and calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Recruit and hire food service personnel.
  • Ensure that food quality and service standards are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste management.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive reports as required.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a commitment of 35 hours per week. The primary language of work is English.
