About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Little Caesars. As a key member of our restaurant staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and package food items for customers, including portioning and wrapping foods.
    • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware.
    • Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Customer Service
    • Take customers' orders and provide prompt and courteous service.
    • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas.
    • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and sweep, mop, and polish floors.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service or customer-facing role.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
