Chief Executive Officer for a French Brand

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled executive to lead our Canadian franchise operations as the CEO for a French Brand. As the primary contact for franchisees, you will be responsible for overseeing franchise operations, preparing and implementing development strategies, and managing various aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee franchise operations and prepare development strategies for new and existing markets
- Manage and coordinate marketing, supply chain, finance, legal, and other functions through corporate and field-based staff
- Provide ongoing support and counsel to franchisees, focusing on building sales and market share
- Create, develop, and direct strategies to support brand development, store growth, and sales profitability
- Determine overall direction for department activities in compliance with operating procedures and brand standards
- Conduct financial business reviews with franchisees and provide leadership and management functions for assigned staff
- Communicate with LCE regarding opportunities or issues affecting the brand, franchisees, or company
- Ensure brand representation and protection through media and external/internal contacts
- Develop and implement development strategies and tactics for new and existing markets
- Oversee store and operational evaluations to maintain adherence to company standards
- Work with International Marketing to coordinate global/regional marketing plans
- Assist Supply Chain functions in developing strategies and tactics
- Direct development of annual cross-functional Franchise Business Plans
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of hands-on operations leadership experience in a multi-unit, franchise organization
- Previous experience in recruiting, leading, training, motivating, supporting, developing, and evaluating franchisee performance
- Able to read and interpret financial statements and make recommendations for business plan modifications
- Fluent English language skills and ability to maintain necessary visas/passports/government documentation
