Job Title: Cell Phone Repair Technician

ONTARIO INC. is seeking a skilled Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to repair and maintain telecommunications equipment, including cell phones, cable signals, and associated hardware. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test cable signals and associated equipment to identify faults and defects.
  • Repair or replace defective telecommunications equipment, including cell phones and cable signals.
  • Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace or repair telecommunications equipment as needed.
  • Install, arrange, remove and maintain telephone equipment, wiring and associated hardware.
  • Test installed telephone systems to locate transmission faults and analyze test results to determine the cause of the issue.
  • Complete and maintain test and service reports to document work performed and results.
  • Determine the nature, cause and location of trouble and initiate the dispatch of appropriate repair personnel as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in telecommunications equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
