Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret incoming communications from Land Agents to ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Input and track communications into our Land Data Management System, maintaining accurate records and ensuring data integrity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email contact with Agents, ensuring all information is correct and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Develop and maintain reports to support business decisions and operations.
  • Monitor, update, and maintain accurate records for client and field correspondence.
  • Provide project support and coordination, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and deadlines.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
Requirements:
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and highly organized approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and Teams.
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work proactively, independently, and collaboratively with all levels within the organization.
  • Creative problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to implement or suggest solutions to new and recurring issues.
