Key Responsibilities
  • Supports the development and execution of marketing campaigns that align with Aramark's brand strategy and business objectives.
  • Coordinates engagement activities showcasing new products and programs, including written and verbal communication, events, learning programs, and community events.
  • Manages website content and enhancements, ensuring a seamless user experience and accurate representation of Aramark's brand.
  • Executes on-site market research initiatives, including intercept and digital surveys, to gather valuable insights and inform marketing strategies.
  • Provides market research, campaign results, and consumer trends to support the development of action plans and strengthen Aramark's services program.
  • Supports the development and implementation of the client's brand strategy, including the creation of location-specific marketing campaigns.
  • Designs and implements digital marketing campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and sales data to inform future marketing initiatives.
  • Updates and manages content of marketing materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all channels.
  • Drives innovation through technology, providing strategic marketing plans and implementation support for multiple platforms, including digital screens and mobile applications.
  • Executes, measures, and tracks participation for Aramark vendor partner programs, ensuring successful partnerships and collaborations.
  • Builds and maintains core relationships with clients and local communities, fostering strong partnerships and brand loyalty.
Requirements
  • Requires content creation experience in blogs, press releases, internal communication, and social media posts.
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • An eye for design and branding is essential, as well as strong research, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe applications is required, along with excellent project management skills and a proactive approach to all projects.
