Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

RFDM Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, executing email marketing campaigns, and measuring campaign performance in Google Analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage paid advertising campaigns in major platforms such as Google Search/Display, Facebook/IG, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and measure their performance.
  • Measure campaign performance in Google Analytics and provide insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Work with clients to book meetings and create articles for publication online with SEO.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create copy for landing pages, digital ads, and social media content.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
