Job Title: Babysitting Caregiver

We are seeking a reliable and caring individual to join our team as a babysitting caregiver at Anna DellApi. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to children in a family setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their overall well-being.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering the dietary needs and preferences of the children.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, ensuring a smooth transition to sleep.
  • Supervise and care for children, providing emotional support and guidance as needed.
  • Maintain a scent-free and non-smoking environment, adhering to our company's policies.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children and families.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Physically demanding role, requiring the ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs) and perform repetitive tasks.
