About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Arshad Ali Peer. As a key member of our family support services, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care and attention to children in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Education and Experience: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare.
  • Work Site Environment: A non-smoking environment that prioritizes the health and well-being of children.
  • Work Setting: Our Home Childcare Provider will work in the employer's home, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Relocation Costs: We cover relocation costs to ensure our team members can focus on their work.
Key Tasks
  • Childcare and Supervision: Assume full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents, travel with families on trips, and assist with child supervision and housekeeping tasks.
  • Personal Care: Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Discipline and Guidance: Discipline children according to the methods requested by parents, promoting positive behavior and social development.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home, keeping records of daily activities and health information regarding children.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive and social development.
  • Emotional Support: Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
