  • Team Management: Motivate and support team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience, providing coaching and feedback to restaurant team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the restaurant is cleaner than others and well-maintained, supporting the Restaurant General Manager in preventive maintenance of the restaurant facility and equipment.
  • Marketing and Sales: Help implement marketing strategies and adhere to cash control and security procedures, managing inventory and labor and applying financial reporting analysis to enhance results.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with government regulations, Redberry policies, employment laws, food safety, security, and operational standards, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Assist in recruiting, selecting, hiring, and retaining effective team talent, maintaining prompt and regular attendance for shifts, meetings, and training.
Requirements
  • Eligibility: Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
  • Availability: Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
  • Certifications: Ability to complete all internal certification programs.
  • Transportation: Must have reliable transportation.
